2Ring CALL ACCOUNTING (CA) provides simple and efficient tools to manage telco costs effectively throughout whole enterprise. It helps managers:

A total of 23 reports are available and it is common to create new reports or to customize current reports on request. 2Ring CA can also serve as a managerial tool. It can split charges among branches or departments, or it can offer prepared data to other information systems for processing. It is possible to import electronic bills from telco providers or to use intranet application processes CDR (Call Detail Record) data generated by your call control system.

Links Data from the Company's IS
External data about users and cost centers (such as the name of the called or calling party, accounting/project codes, etc.) are read from your IS (Active Directory, LDAP, any other IS such as SAP, MS CRM, ..) and displayed in TAS interface. Users do not have to look up anything and all information is within hands reach, while administrators do not have to re-input any data in TAS.
