Implements a real Voice Automated Attendant. Receives incoming calls, performs voice query via ASR technology, asking for the required person or office. Than routes the call, managing waiting messages, checking destination availability, and is integrated with voice mail systems. Manages different inputs (voice name, voice number, DTMF number and default number).
A specific module manages ASR grammar definition and system tuning to get high percentage recognition levels. This is transparent to user, who is asked only to enter a name or office name, during configuration. All voice messages and paraneters are custromizable with an easy WEB interface.
