Managed Security Service for Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) solution provides 24x7 monitoring and management  of Cisco ISE appliances and security polices for Authentication of end users and devices that connect to the network. The Cisco ISE appliance builds upon and replaces the Cisco Network Admission Control (NAC) solution and provides a more powerful and flexible network admission control and compliance enforcement solution, with a particular focus on mobile devices.

The Cisco ISE  is a network-centric integrated solution administered by means of its own web console.  Cisco ISE Appliances can be deployed in many different configurations tailored to best meet the needs of your network.

SecurView's managed ISE solution provides

  • Monitoring and Management services for ISE solution (applicances and associated security polices)
  • Monitoring & Management for ISE solution and Network Access Devices that provide end user connectivity

Monitor for availability of ISE appliance(s) as well as system status indicators such as:

  • Failover
  • Heartbeat loss between appliances
  • Root partition disk utilization
  • Load average resource tracking
  • Success/failure of scheduled database backup

The SecurView Security Operations Center (SOC) identifies actionable alerts and uses industry best practices as well as service specific guidelines to open incidents.

The SOC will alert the customer of the incident and resolution. When appropriate, the SOC will provide a workaround or resolution to the problem.

Weekly and Monthly availability reports will be delivered via the customer portal. These reports provide visibility into uptime, incidents and changes pertaining to the ISE infrastructure. Some of these reports are available based on certain ISE features being enabled.
