The UniInsight-Mobile™ enables the organization key stakeholders, contact center managers, supervisors / team leaders to be in touch with contact center using real time performance Dashboard, which increases mobility and thus decrease reliance on computers or wall boards.
The UniInsight-Mobile™ integrates with various contact center performance sensors to monitor real-time performance of people, process & technology.
The application connects to the UCCX / UCCE database via a webservice.
It includes two modules- Historical Reporting and Real Time Reporting(Dash board)
The reports are integrated with both Cisco UCCX - 8.5 and UCCE - 8.5 database.
